The Breed Clubs keep lists of their Members who have puppies, email the secretary with your enquiry and they will be able to advise and guide you on what you should be looking for and the sort of questions you should be asking of a breeder.

 

Also, each year the Clubs host Fun Rallies where you can take your hound and have a great day out with other Wolfhound enthusiasts.

Each year the Clubs hold two or three shows which are ideal places to meet and talk to Irish Wolfhound owners and breeders and see around 100 dogs in one place.

 

The excellent Booklet produced by the Irish Wolfhound Health Group, containing advice on rearing your puppy and living with a Wolfhound is available, currently free of charge, from the Breed Clubs and soon to be a download version via the Health Group Website.
